The first company involved in organ production in Krnov was founded by Franz Rieger in 1844. His son Otto and his brother opened the factory for the production of artistic organs and in 1873 this company began using the trademark "Bratři Riegerové" (Rieger brothers). In 1920 the company passed to Josef Glattera-Götze and after 1945 it was merged with the organ manufacture of Josef Kloss - since then the company name Rieger-Kloss has been used. The main entrance is distinctive through its valuable gate with decorative ironwork and bars.
